Terms & Conditions Policy
Consultations
If, upon scheduling the consultation, you realize you have made a mistake or would like to reschedule for another date, you MUST contact us via email or text immediately, but no later than 48 hours after you have booked your consultation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur, so we provide our clients (1) courtesy opportunity to reschedule their consultation at no charge. However, failure to attend the rescheduled consultation will result in the client having to book an entirely new appointment for an additional $175. No call/no show will forfeit the client’s courtesy rescheduling opportunity, and the $175 consultation fee WILL NOT be reimbursed or credited towards any future events.

*** Please bear in mind, the client is subject to pay late fees, if the event being held is less than (4) weeks out from the date of the scheduled consultation ***
Refunds/Exchanges
- In the event that we are unable to fulfill what’s been requested of us as a result of unforeseen circumstances we will issue a FULL refund to the client if the materials and supplies for the event HAVE NOT already been purchased. In addition, we will also provide a cancellation notice to the client along with a revised invoice to reflect the refund.
- In the event that the materials and supplies for the event have already been purchased, we will issue a 50-75% REFUND, give the client a promotional code of 15% off their next event and we will still prepare, cook, and deliver the food that was already purchased for the event to the client as agreed upon. In addition, we will also provide a cancellation notice to the client along with a revised invoice to reflect the refund.
- If there are any last minute changes we will be sure to contact the client regarding the matter and discuss what the next steps will be in order for the event to be successful.
- In the event that all of the materials and supplies for the event have been purchased, but the client wishes to cancel or reschedule the event, the client will have to request a cancellation and a FULL REFUND via email at least (30) days prior to the event.
- Failure to cancel or reschedule at least (30) days before the event will result in full refund being denied. However, the client can reschedule their event for a date that is feasible for both Kayonces’ Enterprises, Inc and the client. The money utilized to initially book the clients event will be credited towards the rescheduled event and the client will not be charged any additional fee.
- However, in the event that the client wishes to add additional guests, dishes, decor or other services, there will be additional fees applied according to what’s requested. An invoice will be sent via email to reflect any changes made to the event.
Authenticity
- As professional service providers in this industry we work hard to provide quality and deliver authenticity in every aspect of our services and as a result we kindly ask that all clients/customers respect our dedication and creativity.
- All of our products,packages, logos and menus are © copyrighted and Trademarked™. Replicating, duplicating, and/or emulating any of our designs, logos, menus, menu items, products or packages without prior written and notarized authorization from Kayonces’ Enterprises, Inc. will result in legal action against the client and all parties involved. Please bear in mind that we also do not replicate other caterers culinary creativity and kindly ask that you allow us the creative liberty to bring your vision for your event to fruition.
Purchasing Packages and/or Products
- Upon checking out on our website using one of the following methods (Apple Pay, stripe, or PayPal) you will receive a confirmation email where you’ll then be able to view your invoice.
- Please bear in mind, PayPal does charge a transaction fee of up to 3.49% of the total invoice and the client is responsible for the fee in addition to the invoice itself.
- Once the payment is processed and received, the booking will be placed and there will be no refunds or exchanges disputed. However, if upon delivery or pick-up, the client is unsatisfied with the product they received, a member from Kayonce’s Citchen will transmute the product. The product must be in the EXACT condition it was received in for the product to be transmuted. Please beware, the product will be transmuted, not transferred, nor exchanged as an effort to implement safety measures and uphold the quality of our services while simultaneously prioritizing the needs of our clients.
- Regarding our digital products, please check your “spam” folder in your email if you haven’t received a downloadable copy of your E-book or recipe to your general inbox. In the event that you still do not have access to your E-book or recipe please send us an email within 24 hours of your purchase with your order number attached in the subject line and we will resolve the matter. If necessary, we will send you another digital copy of the E-Book at no cost to you or your money back guaranteed!
